The Digital Acquisition and Relationship Deepening will lead the performance of the digital store (websterbank.com) to drive new customer acquisition and current customer deepening. Key areas of focus include - optimization of landing page and online applications to drive conversion and increase the performance of the marketing funnel from awareness, interest, to action (purchase a financial product / service), performance measurement, iterative test and learn, and project management (with heavy level of IT engagement).

 

Experience:

At least 5 years in agency + client services required

Strong collaborative leadership experience or progressive job responsibilities required

Consultancy and e-commerce role preferred

Technical development + creative vision applied to developing exceptional customer experiences that convert.

Matrix and agency management.

Business case development.

Must have knowledge in socializing, negotiating, and influencing to create an align roadmap across key constituents including IT, business, legal, procurement, compliance and third party partners, Digital analytics acumen -- measuring, reporting, garnering insight, Journey mapping / process mapping methodologies, Technical project management -- waterfall and agile methodologies.

Education:

Bachelor's degree required

Master's degree preferred
