Provides system support for the ImageMark imaging system. Monitor and troubleshoot automated processing. Coordinate hardware and software maintenance including upgrades and Security patching.
  • Support primarily Linux/Oracle/Web based ImageMark Archive system along with the internally developed applications
  • Provide baseline production support that achieves a high level of system stability, availability and meets SLAs
  • Troubleshoot application and/or client related issues and implement resolutions
  • Test and implement vendor supplied application patching and releases
  • Responsible for application and server enhancements by implementing change control procedures
  • Develop or modify processes to resolve business issues to produce desired results. This includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of business requirements, and translation of business requirements into functional requirements.
  • Supports a variety of clients including IT management, internal lines of business, Support Groups and Vendors
  • Responsible for updating the DR plan and documents and completing the DR test annually
  • Take ownership of maintaining documentation as required. Generate system flow charts, data flow diagrams and design documents
  • Support team technology projects and system upgrades
  • Support for Micro MICR system and Rimage (CD burning system)
  • Off hours support including occasional weekends & holidays
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related work experience
    • 5+ years of IT experience including Linux and Oracle
    • MS SQL/Oracle database and query experience
    • REHL Linux 7.6 OS scripting and command line command skills
    • Understanding of structure analysis, technical design, and database and file access methods
    • Experience with document imaging systems
    • Bank operations knowledge
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Microsoft Office (Outlook 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio)
    • Active directory understanding
    • Windows 12 server Administration
    • Understanding of XML


    • Experience with NCR's ImageMark Archive system
    • Experience with MS Visual Studio and other programming languages and development tool
