Job Description/ Requirements

The HSA Milwaukee office will be going through a rightsizing project in the next couple of months.  This information will be shared publicly in the near future.  Our office space in Milwaukee will be reducing, and we will move to a hoteling model office space rather than assigned cubicles.  There will be some exceptions to the rule and that is why I am reaching out to you. 

 

Francisco Ortiz works onsite and I would like to confirm that he will need a permanent cubicle assigned to him going forward.  If he does need a permanent cubicle, I would need to temporarily reassign him space while the new space is being built.

As part of a fast-paced team, work with borrowers and loan originators to ensure complete and accurate loan application files. This involves collecting application, employment, and financial documentation, and tracking progress in the lending system. In addition, timely communication with all stakeholders in the lending life cycle, including Borrowers, Originators, Underwriters, and Vendors.

  1. Review and verify all documents included in loan paperwork; complete forms that require further information.
  2. Prepare credit reports, bank papers, and instruction forms.
  3. Contact customer to collect necessary information.
  4. Maintain records for processing of each loan.
  5. May provide training and guidance to lower level loan processors.
