Provide Customer service to internal and external customers
Process Commercial loan quotes, payoffs and release of collateral
Process Commercial loan transactions Investigate complex loan issues/problems and come up with solutions
High school diploma - minimum requirement
Prior Commercial loan experience preferred
Strong Excel skills Strong oral and written skills
 
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to work with system technology (Outlook, Excel, ACBS/ALS)
Ability to train others as required
Willingness to take on other roles as determined by manager
