Job Summary:

The Senior Analyst, Credit Risk Management Administration role will perform specialized administrative duties and will properly maintain records, meeting minutes, create standardized templates, corporate files, and reports to facilitate easy and quick retrieval of documents upon request. This position will support the Credit Risk Management team as appropriate and will take detailed meeting minutes, assemble meeting agendas, and outreach key stakeholders on meeting takeaways.  The role will oversee the build out and development of "The Vault" for Credit Risk Management department and help maintain and ensure employee engagement to the SharePoint site.  

Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Providing administration support to the credit risk management groups (Credit Risk Reporting and Credit Policy) including taking detailed meeting minutes, facilitating meetings and other general tasks

  • Maintain Credit Risk Management SharePoint and ensure employee engagement

  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and recommend changes to enhance efficiency

  • Develop and maintain "The Vault" for Credit Risk Management

  • Facilitate and execute on planned "Lunch & Learns"

  • Build positive relationships with colleagues at all levels across the organization to encourage open and honest dialog uncovering root causes of defects and encourage collaborative solutions.

  • Build out of standardized templates in support to meet the heightened standards requirements

  • Understand technology applications and tools and build strong relationships with IT partners to leverage technology and automation.

Skills/experience qualifications for the role:

  • 2+ years of experience in Credit or equivalent work experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or equivalent in related work experience

  • Project and/or program management experience preferred

  • Highly organized

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests, simultaneously

  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail

  • Experience creating and delivering presentations

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

  • Ability to learn quickly and solve problems

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Collaborative and inclusive team player

  • Ability to meet numerous deadlines, work with frequent disruptions, and reprioritize assignments as necessary

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000USD to $95,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
