  • Provides administrative and a level of project management support to the SVP/CISO and team
  • Coordinates the scheduling of meetings and appointments to align with priorities, independently escalating and resolving conflicts.  Single point of contact and gatekeeper of CISO’s calendar.
  • Prepares presentations, metrics, and other documentation in a timely, detailed, and accurate manner.
  • Arranges travel plans and manages expense reports.
  • Coordinates the documentation and meeting minutes for department lead committees and maintains an archive.
  • Assists with updating department procedures and performing associated testing.
  • Assists with training coordination and budget.
  • Ensures team completes projects, requests, tasks, etc. by applicable deadlines by tracking and following up.
  • Ability to anticipate CISO’s needs and be proactive with scheduling prep time or meetings, adding reminders to CISO’s calendar, requesting agendas/goals for meetings, etc.
  • Mentality to question things that don’t make sense, or remind where the current status is in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Point person for setting up new hires with required hardware and software to start day one fully functional
  • Provide backup support for other members of the administrative team
  • Aggregate data as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6-10 years’ experience supporting an SVP or above
  • Proficient with PC software packages such as spreadsheets, word processing, graphics, etc.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong verbal and written communications skills.
