This position handles a variety of support and administrative functions within the Government and Institutional Banking line of business. The Sales Support Analyst will occasionally act as back-up to the Sales Support Specialists and assume other duties and projects as directed by management.
Responsibilities:
- Handles vendor billing on a weekly and monthly basis by passing billed amounts through Account Analysis and coordinating payments with Accounts Payable
- Runs and distributes collateral reports on a daily and weekly basis
- Sets-up, tracks and renews FHLB letters of credit
- Organizes and registers GIB attendees for conferences, sponsorships, and other sales related activities/events
- Responsible for monthly reconciliation of GIB Wire Clearing Account and G/L Accounts
- Creates and updates monthly rate sheet for distribution upon client request
- Assists with audit confirmations and preparation of collateral letters
- Orders supplies as needed for events and office staff
- Collects and processes account analysis fee check payments
- Runs weekly rate pointer report for distribution to management
- Prepares GIB goal table and distribute this report monthly
- Distributes quarterly qualified public deposit report to customers within 45 days of each quarter-end
- Prepares State of Maine internal regulatory reporting
- Prints, binds, and mails client proposal (RFP) responses as needed
- Assists with the creation of new purchase orders
- Orders customer banking supplies
- Provides back-up and support to Sales Support Specialists in the account opening function
- Runs and completes daily overdraft processing
- Provides back-up and support to Relationship Managers who may be in the field/away from the office
- Will assume any other duties/special projects as directed by management
Education Skills & Experience:
- High school degree or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 0-3 years of experience
- Understanding of and experience with Microsoft suite products
- Strong organizational, time management skills and ability to meet required deadlines
- Experience with Signature, Aperio, NARP, etc. preferred
The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 USD to $70,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
