The Sales Analytics and Reporting Analyst will be embedded within the sales organization. This individual will serve as the analytical backbone for sales leadership, providing actionable insights that drive strategy, improve conversion rates, and enhance client engagement and reporting. This role will be responsible for analyzing referral and conversion data, supporting territory planning, stewardship strategy and develop/refine client-facing and specific reporting content. The analyst will also play a key role in post-implementation tracking, helping measure the impact of programs like CareGuard and proof-of-concept initiatives.

What you will do

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps across teams, regions, and products.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI (or other BI tools) to support real-time visibility into KPIs.

  • Monitor sales pipeline health and forecast accuracy in CRM (MS Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.).

  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support revenue operations and executive decision-making.

  • Utilize AI tools to develop effective and reliable predictive models.

  • Partner with Sales Leadership and RevOps to define sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics.

  • Support territory design, segmentation, and account assignments based on data-driven insights.

  • Contribute to annual and quarterly sales planning, including headcount modeling and resource allocation.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, campaigns, and incentive programs.

  • Identify process inefficiencies in lead management, opportunity progression, and reporting workflows.

  • Recommend and implement improvements to sales processes and tools to increase efficiency.

  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to align training initiatives with data-driven insights.

  • Partner with Finance to align revenue forecasts with financial models and budgets.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to measure lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.

  • Work with Product teams to provide insights on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive intelligence.

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data across CRM, BI, and reporting systems.

  • Maintain data governance standards and support compliance reporting as required (e.g., Medicare/insurance industry reporting).


Skills and Abilities

  • Strong proficiency in business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).

  • Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, modeling, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of CRM platforms (MS Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, RevOps).

  • Familiarity with data governance, reporting standards, and compliance-related reporting.

  • Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages for deeper analysis.

  • Background in process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, etc.).

  • Exposure to predictive analytics, AI-driven sales forecasting, or advanced statistical modeling.

  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to revenue strategy.


Education Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred


Experience Qualifications

  • 5-7 years experience in a similar role required

  • Experience in sales, revenue, or business data analysis required

  • Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and quota attainment reporting required

  • Experience in the insurance, workers’ compensation, or healthcare/Medicare compliance industries preferred

  • Experience supporting territory planning and sales incentive program modeling preferred

  • Experience creating executive-level dashboards and board-ready reporting packages preferred

This is a Hybrid role with a 3 day a week in office requirement

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000USD to $83,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
