Webster is seeking an experienced SBA lender with 10 years of SBA-focused production experience. The candidate should have strong command of the SBA SOP, an expansive COI network and be comfortable sourcing new deals independently. As an SBA expert, the candidate should also be comfortable educating colleagues (generalist bankers) regarding SBA structure and eligibility. Success in this role requires experience and knowledge of the SBA programs, SBA SOP and having proven market equity.
