This position requires some knowledge of GSE, Investor, Insurer and internal guidelines and processes as it relates to delinquent loans.  Responsibilities include filing GSE, FHA and MI claims, obtaining and reviewing timeline chronologies for potential curtailments, recommending reclassing of unpaid fees and costs, taking minutes at the monthly Accrued Liabilities Meetings, advising department managers and supervisors of upcoming investor and insurer guideline changes, performing monthly/quarterly SOX testing and charge-off reviews.   This individual should have some prior experience with R&R Operations functions.

 

  • Knowledge of GSE, investor and insurer guidelines and processes as they relate to delinquent loans
  • Filing claims to recover fees and costs as it relates to foreclosure
  • Filing claims associated with loss mitigation workouts
  • Obtaining and reviewing timeline chronologies for potential curtailments
  • Recommending reclassing of unpaid fees and costs
  • Taking minutes at the monthly Accrued Liabilities meetings
  • Ability to identify, document and report on upcoming GSE, Investor, Insurer guideline changes as well as legal alerts and identify potential impacts to department
  • Complete assigned month-end charge-off reviews
  • Complete quality control reviews on assigned tasks including but not limited to Sr. Lien updates, property inspection ordering, uploading of documents in OnBase
  • Ensure critical timelines are met in relation to claim filing, complete loss mitigation package review, mailing of the EIL letters
  • Manage R&R’s Sharepoint site
  • Oversee the SOX functions and ensure each are completed in accordance with internal timelines/checklists
  • Update internal guidelines and procedures as needed

The estimated salary range for this position is $24.00 HR to $28.00 HR. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
