Job Responsibilities
Enhances existing solutions to match requirements by configuring and customizing software using the following programming languages: Python, JavaScript, SQL, XML, …
Upgrades software on various environments
Tests and approves software solutions, configurations and customizations.
Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
Utilizes software engineering tools such as configuration management systems, build processes, and debuggers in the software development process
Actively handle production support incidents and provide solution in a timely manner.
Collaborates and adds value through participation in peer code reviews, providing comments and suggestions
Provides reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem solving techniques
Performs technical root cause analysis and outlines corrective action for given problems
Apply a sense of urgency, commitment and focus on the right priorities in developing technical solutions in a timely fashion
Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, diagrams, clear code and comments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a directly related field.
- 3-5 years of professional IT and business systems/analysis experience.
- Excellent and proven interpersonal skills to include: verbal, written and technical communication skills.
- Skilled problem solver that is very detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in automated tools and desktop software.
- Actimize experience in AML or Fraud solutions is a MUST
- Databases: SQL or Data Warehousing, ETL, Informatica
- Operating systems: Windows and Linux
- Programming language: Python, Javascript
- Web Technologies: HTML, XML, XSL, Servlets
The estimated salary range for this position is $115,000.00 to $130,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
