Ownership of Commercial Bank lead process including digital outreach, calling, and nurturing of all Marketing Qualified leads identified through our monthly campaign process.

Will own coordination with field and support Middle Marker and Business Banking to identify high priority leads for the bankers

Ownership of marketing prospect/customer governance. Will ensure all customers/prospects meet out requirements prior to approval in Sales


  • Research – maintain & update current prospect/marketing database to make sure they meet our requirements
  • Perform/track outbound calling targeting prospects/customers who’ve responded to marketing programs
  • Daily management of process leveraging queuing and lead management functions
  • Exercise wide technical knowledge in customer interactions regarding commercial products and campaigns
  • Track calls and attempt live contact for pre-determined number of times before designating abandoned
  • Manage incoming leads on an ongoing basis
  • Send relevant "Marketing Toolkit" materials to sales for each opportunity identified and communicated to sales
  • Able to liaise well between our commercial (sales) teams and marketing teams to offer the appropriate insight into effective programs

Education, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (marketing/business degree), advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience with exposure current marketing technology; experience a plus.
  • Strong data analysis, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills required.
  • Inside sales experience is a plus. Comfortable in cold calling environment, starting conversation with executives
  • MS office – Excel, PowerPoint
  • Able to work with all levels of management
