The HSA Bank Marketing team is looking for a part-time Marketing Intern to help support growing our business. This includes supporting a wide range of brand marketing efforts, along with potential support across the entire Marketing department as needed. Every internship opportunity is structured to provide you with a meaningful experience and broad exposure to our business.


  • Supports Brand Marketing initiatives:
    • Audit and update outdated flyers in Brand Center
    • Updates existing marketing assets with new logo/tagline
    • Resize social posts and various ads as needed
    • Create and/or clean up PowerPoint slides
    • Co-brand work for Marketing Services employer clients
    • Search for images needed for campaigns and newsletters
    • Update forms in Acrobat/Word

Attends virtual 1:1 with manager (weekly), marketing-wide huddle (2x weekly) and Cross-Team Content team meetings (bi-weekly) sharing status of assignments as appropriate



  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Must have current undergraduate status at an accredited higher education institution. Marketing or design majors preferred.

Job Skills / Knowledge:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively individually and as a member of dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to edit existing documents and creative
  • Superior organizational and problem-solving skills, along with a strong work ethic


Work Schedule:

  • This is a part-time position of 20 hours per week between the hours of 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Candidates must be available to work 20 hours per week with a minimum of 4 consecutive hours per day on a regular schedule to be determined with Marketing leadership

The estimated salary range for this position is $15.00 USD to $17.00 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
