The Managing Director Virtual Accounts and Deposits will lead a team that supports the enterprise growth of the Virtual Account product and all aspects of the Deposit systems.   The individual will be responsible for the strategic implementation of API’s and other integration options to facilitate the seamless interface between the Bank, vendors and clients.  This position will support the unit by maximizing and realizing sales revenues, expanding market share, growing deposits, and increasing profit margins, while supporting the Bank's strategic goals.


  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the Virtual Account Management and Deposit applications (Web, File Delivery, & API) strategy and lifecycle including all related product/service features, functionality, pricing, marketability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Lifecycle analysis for growth and de-commissioning opportunities. This includes the critical work required to integrate these solutions into supporting applications in the combined bank and its affiliates.

  • Serve as the ‘voice of the customer’ for all Virtual Accounts and Commercial Deposits products by interacting with clients, sales, implementations, service, branch administration, IT/Ops, and all client facing staff to provide product knowledge/expertise, to obtain product feedback and to deliver solutions that meet or exceed client and market requirements.

  • Manage external vendors & Fintech partners, including product requirements, performance, pricing and to provide business case recommendations to continue or replace when necessary. 

  • Work with Vendor Management to negotiate vendor & partner contracts and obtain approval for execution, when required.

  • Responsible for direct input and development of the Virtual Account Manager and Deposits application/systems to maintain market parity and continued growth. 

  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver a consistent and seamless experience for all services across all enterprise concurrently managing all risk factors.

  • Support Sales enablement by serving as the Virtual Account Manager and Deposits subject matter expert, enhancing the Sales & related teams’ product knowledge, and participate in key client calls to demonstrate the banks expertise.  

  • Provide staff with timely, candid, and constructive performance feedback; develop employees to their fullest potential and provide challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth; recognize and reward employees for accomplishments.

  • In conjunction with Marketing, oversee the change management process by coordinating communications about new/changed products & bank integration activities, to internal and external clients/prospects, including client webinars, focus groups, mailings, e-mails, etc.

  • Provide market intelligence to the Bank’s management on product information, pricing budget planning, business case development, etc.

  • Represent the bank and participate in product and industry forums, committees, and conferences.

  • Work with partners in Legal, Credit Risk and Compliance on all matters related to Deposits to ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.

Educations, Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Management, Operations or Technology with specific knowledge of Virtual Accounts and Deposit systems. Understanding of the FISERV Signature and IntraFI systems a plus.

  • Treasury Management/Commercial experience is required.

The estimated salary range for this position is $170,000 USD to $190,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
