As part of the Analytics team, provide a wide range of analytical support and reporting for our Line of Business Partners to promote growth and a better understanding of product and customer dynamics including effectiveness/financial returns from product offerings, marketing promotions, product design and pricing decisions.  

  • Researches, gathers data, and performs analysis to identify trends in business volume, performance, and profitability and creates reports/presentations to present findings to business partners.
  • Supports marketing incentive campaigns including estimating, fulfilling, and validating incentive payouts via SQL code.
  • Develops recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations.
  • Searches for solutions to further streamline the reporting/ analytics function.
  • Prepares and distributes analysis to support understanding and decision making for analytical team, product managers and for broad use across the company
  • Support tracking, measurement, and results reporting
  • Provides insights into business and data trends, including analytical modeling around various banking metrics
  • Works closely across teams to develops ad hoc/custom projects in support of business line partners
  • Document all aspects of reports to ensure continuity of reporting


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, finance, or related field preferred.
  • SAS EG or SQL experience required with 3 plus years of SAS/ SQL.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to perform analysis and clearly represent data to support decision making.
  • Computer experience/skill with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as other industry related software including Tableau.
  • Team Player while being flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and projects.
  • Willingness and desire to acquire and learn new knowledge needed to support project and modeling requirements.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
