Job Description/ Requirements

Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain and manage the Webster Technology Strategic Plan, balancing investments to enhance enterprise value and investments to mitigate risk.
* Lead the development and execution of the metrics to measure CIO performance objectives. Ensure alignment to the voice of the customer, external relevance, and accuracy.
* Own the technology lean portfolio management process to prioritize the technology strategic plan initiatives based on impact to CIO Performance Objectives.
* Manage the IT Governance Committee and produce all management, executive and board reporting.

* Develop a comprehensive organizational change management plan, identifying stakeholder needs, developing, and aligning the CIO communication plan to organizational change management goals.
 
* Prioritize training and development investments and align rewards and recognition.

* Lead the supplier management efforts for significant IT third party relationships. Understand and influence alignment of vendor roadmaps to the CIO strategic plan. Establish processes for vendor scorecards to influence future selection opportunities.

* Advance the discipline of Technology Business Management, leveraging industry standards and validated best practices to communicate the cost, value and quality of IT investments to business partners.

Requirements
* 15+ years information technology experience, 10+ years banking experience
* Significant budget responsibility. Track record of tight budget management.
* Track record of executing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple internal and external stakeholders
* Experience in an Scaled Agile operating model
* Strong collaborative mindset and ability to lead through influence
* Strong problem perception, ability to probe technical detail and proactively prevent execution issues
* Ability to synthesize conflicting information, and develop execution plans and recovery plans
* Executive presence; ability to convey the status of large technology investments to a non-technical audience
