Key Responsibilities:
Funds Transfer Pricing Management:
- Design, implement, and maintain FTP frameworks and methodologies to ensure appropriate allocation of funding costs and revenues across business units.
- Collaborate with Treasury to refine FTP models that align with the organization’s business strategies.
- Monitor and manage FTP pricing mechanisms, ensuring they are consistent with regulatory requirements and market conditions.
- Produce regular reports and analytics on FTP performance, providing insights to senior management and business leaders.
- Support internal stakeholders with any related inquiries or requirements.
Finance Systems Development & Support:
- Oversee the implementation, integration, and enhancement of finance systems
- Collaborate with the finance team to implement enhancements, optimizations, and new features.
- Monitor system performance and identify improvements to increase system reliability and efficiency.
- Provide end-user training and support on finance systems.
- Support the preparation and testing of finance system upgrades and enhancements.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer within the team
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Implement automation strategies to streamline manual processes, reduce errors, and improve overall efficiency
- Leverage system capabilities to improve financial data accuracy, streamline workflows, and enhance financial decision-making.
- Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards for ongoing monitoring of FTP results.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, or areas of improvement in the FTP process.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in funds transfer pricing, financial systems, or a similar financial services role.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing FTP methodologies in a financial institution.
- Experience with system administration, configuration, and maintenance of finance systems, specifically Oracle EPM, ERP, or other financial planning and reporting tools.
- Experience with financial data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, etc.).
Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in finance systems, data management, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $140,000 USD to $157,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
