Lead, analyze, define, document business and functional requirements for initiatives of varying complexity, production support tasks, furnishing Digital solutions, and implementing technology business solutions. Assist and lead business units to achieve their objectives by evaluating, designing, completing application configurations, developing and/or implementing efficient solutions. Coordinate testing to ensure proper performance and creating diagrams and process flow charts. Serves as the primary liaison between the application vendor, IT and Business Partners. Will often be asked to lead initiatives and/or incidents, take ownership of Projects and critical assignments. Strong organization and communication skills required.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Work with Colleagues and vendors to identify the features, advantages, and disadvantages of various software applications and other related processes.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for Digital portfolio applications, ensuring adherence to industry SDLC methodologies
- Work within the framework of a SAFe® product team, participating in requirements grooming, design solutioning, development, implementation, testing, and validation.
- Apply analytically driven frameworks and insights to business process re-imagination efforts in support of the company's enterprise-wide Digital transformation program.
- Quickly understand current-state opportunities and leading re-imagination processes by incorporating customer journeys across the Consumer Digital portfolio, with the objective of delivering best-in-class client experience and improving operational efficiency.
- Transformation efforts include redesign by analyzing, documenting, and designing business strategies, capabilities and processes, including key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), business reports, process metrics, and process diagrams.
- Mitigate risk by following established Audit best-practice procedures and align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk;
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, as needed, including Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, Sprint reviews, and retrospectives; Identify and remove team impediments to ensure successful delivery
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to groom and prioritize the product backlog
- Act as a liaison between Business Partners and development teams to ensure requirements are translated into Behavior-driven Development (BDD) user stories
- Monitor sprint metrics and performance to drive continuous improvement
- Review QA Testing Strategy; ensure that Test Cases are comprehensive and address initiative scope
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and defect triaging
- Compile training content and systems procedure documentation as required
Experience Needed
- High School diploma or GED required
- Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor’s, and/or Master’s) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required. Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or else extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration
- 8+ years of experience in technology business analyst work is required, including 4+ years as a Scrum Master
- Experience with adhering to a traceable IT software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Experience working in a hybrid model (onsite/offshore teams)
- Experience working in a Digital Team and its associated best practices
- Knowledge of data tagging/analytics (Google Analytics) preferred
- Highly versatile; must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The estimated salary range for this position is $125,000.00 to $140,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
