Join our Cloud DevSecOps team as a Cloud DevOps Engineer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud infrastructure, develop and manage CI/CD pipelines, engage in programming projects, and drive automation initiatives. Major Duties and Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain public cloud controls (AWS/Azure) using Infrastructure as Code and automation tools.
Develop and manage scalable and secure public cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) through Infrastructure as Code and automation practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional Information Technology teams to provide support and guidance on public cloud utilization.
Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment and delivery of cloud-based applications.
Participate in the development and execution of cloud automation scripts and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and best practices to continuously improve our cloud solutions.
Experience Needed
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. I.e. Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or Cybersecurity.
Relevant coursework in Cloud Computing, Development/Programming, Networking, Operating Systems, and Security.
0-1 years of experience with cloud.
Basic understanding of cloud computing.
Comfortable with at least 1 programming language (Bash, Python, or PowerShell preferred).
Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical thinking ability.
Communication skills (able to explain technical concepts to non-technical people).
Adaptability & eagerness to learn new cloud technologies.
Bonus Technical Skills
Having experience in these areas is not required but an understanding of them would be helpful.
Cloud Platforms & Services
Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Some hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider:
AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation)
Azure (Virtual Machines, Blob Storage, Azure Functions, Resource Manager)
Google Cloud (GCP) (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, IAM, Cloud Functions)
Operating Systems
Proficiency in Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows Server.
Familiarity with basic shell scripting (Bash, PowerShell).
Networking
Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPNs, Load Balancing, and Firewalls.
Experience with VPCs, Subnets, Security Groups in a cloud environment.
Basic knowledge of Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates
Version Control (Git) experience

AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (AWS)
Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) (Azure)
Google Associate Cloud Engineer (GCP)
Linux+ or CompTIA Cloud+ (for foundational IT knowledge)
The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
