The Associate Digital Banking Manager will report to the Head of Digital Acquisition and Deepening with responsibility for day to day management (measurement and reporting) of the performance of the online application experiences across Deposit, Mortgage, Home Equity, Business Loan, Student Loan Refinance and Personal Loan products.
Measurement, reporting and gaining insight on the performance of websterbank.com to support to the goal of driving traffic to conversion (lead generation, click-to-chat, phone call, or apply and submit an application online).
Ongoing development and presentation of websterbank.com conversion performance.
Detailed performance measurement of the online application experiences (app start to app complete, reasons for drop off as supported by tracking capabilities)
Uncover insights based on performance measurement to create short-term and long-term recommendations for areas of improvement.
Competitive market scan and analyze industry research to track best practices and target performance benchmarks
Analyze Webster VOC data to identify areas of opportunity
Technical project management to support the running of the application experiences
Bachelors or equivalent work experience,
Online or e-commerce principles, basic knowledge of Web Application User Interface design and technology, General Business knowledge
Demonstrated success in identifying areas for improvement related the online customer acquisition process
Demonstrated expertise in measuring Online Channel performance with available data
Familiarity with journey mapping
This role requires interactions with various groups including marketing, operations, technology and compliance.
Be familiar with online analytics with knowledge of online features in retail and other consumer and financial services to identify opportunities for improvement.
Attention to detail is a must for this role.
