Key Responsibilities:

*        Assist in the preparation of financial statements (Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, Form 11-K, and other SEC filings) in accordance with US GAAP, SEC reporting rules, and company policies

*        Liaise with internal departments to obtain supporting documentation for financial reporting

*        Perform tie-outs of source support to the financial statements, including footnote disclosures and management’s discussion and analysis, to ensure accuracy

*        Assist in the XBRL tagging process for SEC filings

*        Perform analytical reviews of financial data to identify variances

*        Support external auditors by providing information and responding to requests

*        Conduct peer reviews and benchmark disclosures with other SEC filers

*        Participate in projects to improve efficiency and streamline financial reporting processes

*        Contribute to the maintenance and documentation of SOX controls

Education and Experience:

*        Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting

*        Recent college graduate or professional with 1-2 years of relevant experience

*        Meets the 150-credit requirement and/or is actively pursuing their CPA license is a plus

*        Previous Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm exposure would be a definite advantage

The estimated base salary range for this position is $85,000 USD to $95,000 USD.  Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
