Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Human Resources team as an Analyst, Compensation. This role will support key compensation activities, including market analysis, job description management, and general program administration. This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow their career in Compensation within a collaborative and values-driven organization.

Job responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analysis to support competitive and equitable compensation practices

  • Assist in the administration of broad-based compensation programs

  • Manage job descriptions to align with organizational needs and compliance requirements

  • Provide analytical support for compensation-related projects

  • Assist in management of long-term incentive programs

  • Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of compensation operations

Education, Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 2-4 years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR field

  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated proficiency with spreadsheets

  • Familiarity with compensation structures and market trends

  • Knowledge of broad-based compensation programs

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree - Associates, Bachelors, Masters, etc.

  • Experience in financial services/banking industry

  • Experience working with MarketPay and Workday

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000USD to $90,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
