Maintain a production queue of 30-40 mortgage loans.Ability to review and understand elements of all closing requirements including complex qualifications
Deeply knowledgeable of all products, state and federal requirements. This includes Conventional, FHA, State Agency and Construction loans.
Obtain verification of employments.
Input daily wires for funding and image documents to OnBase
Schedule loans to close with third parties
Assist manager with escalated loan closing issues
Summary

Skills/Experience Required:
- 3+ years of loan experience.
- Considerable experience with reading, understanding and interpreting servicing regulations
- Excellent data entry and keyboarding skills, technical aptitude or basic programming preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Bachelor’s Degree
