Job Summary: Greets visitors to the department and directs incoming phone calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Greets vendors, customers, or other visitors; arranges appointments with department personnel.
  • Answers incoming phone calls, determines correct routing of calls or takes messages as appropriate.
  • Performs general clerical duties as needed
  • Manage office supplies, distribute incoming mail and assist staff as it relates to office management.

Education, Experience & Skill:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Less than 2 years' experience.
  • Strong verbal skills; tactful and courteous manner.
  • Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
