Community Banking Associate Operating Risk Analyst

Responsible for supporting the Community Bank (CB) Operational Risk Liaison in managing/monitoring Operational Risk programs within the Community Bank:

 

  1. Assist in ensuring the CB is on target with 3PRM activities and assist with Third Party

onboarding

  1. Assist in working with each CB LOB/Unit to maintain an updated business continuity

plan and ensure annual testing is completed

  1. Assist in working with each CB LOB/Unit to create, centralize and maintain policies and procedures
  2. Assist in regulatory due diligence and compliance requirements
  3. Assist in tracking/monitoring CB Information Security Risk Assessment Program (ISRA)
  4. Assist in tracking/monitoring CB Open Issues Tracking
  5. Monitor and documentation of risk controls and reporting to Banking Center (BC) Scorecard
  6. Directly liaise with banking centers and C3 in business account set up, title changes,

basic legal documentation review (POAs, trusts, estates)

  1. Directly liaise with CB Operations Specialists in decisioning BC risk activities
  2. Additional reporting responsibilities as required
  3. Additional ad hoc duties may be assigned as needed

 

Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in related field required

* Experience reviewing POAs, trusts, estate documentation preferred but not required
* 1-3 years of experience working in audit, operations, risk, compliance
* Must work well independently and in a team environment

*Comfortable with emerging technology

*Advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, project management, and time management skills
