Function:  Responsible for processing of cash/coin deposits for commercial customers via branches and outside vendors in a timely manner. Identify out of balance deposits and make necessary corrections.


Verify and process large cash and coin commercial deposits from banking centers making corrections/adjustment as needed.

Process deposits received directly from commercial customers making adjustment when needed

Prepare necessary documents to the appropriate general ledge account

 Identify out of the ordinary situations with deposits to the proper management for appropriate resolution

 Ability to work in a high production environment to meet department guidelines

 Prepare documentation in an accurate and legible manner

 Accepts responsibility for securing cash and adheres to all security procedures and standards

 Maintain daily production levels to meet the goals determined by the department manager

 Handle deposits received directly from customers utilizing bank by mail

 Balance cash vault on a daily basis

 Prepare daily cash shipments

 Prepare teller cheques for internal departments

 Preform other related duties as assigned
